The king among the snakes.
Though venomous, he is very royal and gentle in behaviour. But the habitats are mostly devasted by the official protectors like Forest departments. The marshy lands, undergroths of forests are cleared under the banner of Management Practices! We can guess the condition of habitats outside protected areas.
